Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the DIYFeed online store. DIYFeed OÜ acts as a broker between sellers and customers on diyfeed.com. All disputes, returns, etc., must be resolved between the customers and the sellers.
2. Products and Prices
Prices include VAT if applicable, and the currency depends on each seller. Sellers reserve the right to change prices and product availability.
3. Order Processing and Payment
Orders can be placed through the online store by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and following the checkout system instructions. Payments can be made securely via card payment, Google Pay, or PayPal.
4. Delivery
Sellers are responsible for organizing delivery and providing delivery options. Delivery terms and exact cost are displayed upon order confirmation.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Product Returns
Consumers need to refer to the return policy provided by each seller. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. Return costs are borne by the buyer, except when the product was defective or incorrectly shipped. Items labeled as digital products cannot be refunded.
Return Process
Customers need to reach out to sellers according to the return policy stated in the seller's profile. Money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Filing Claims
Sellers are responsible for handling claims. If the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, the consumer should contact the seller directly within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
7. Liability and Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes not resolving, local law processes apply according to the jurisdiction in the seller's area of operation. Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiations.
